Participate in EaPEC 2018: lightning talks, posters, registration – open!
Register or submit a proposal for the 3rd Eastern Partnership E-infrastructures Conference, EaPEC 2018
Policy makers, research managers and experts on networking, cultural heritage, and high-performance computing for research and education and anyone interested in exploring the EaPEC 2018 conference topics are invited to participate in this year’s Eastern Partnership E-infrastructures Conference. Registration is open and you are also invited to submit a proposal for a lightning talk or poster presentation.
Lightning talks and posters are great ways for EaPEC participants to share early results, get feedback on shared ideas, find new collaborators from other institutions, and spark conference discussion. The deadline for submissions is 1 October 2018.
Lightning Talk presenters from Eastern Partnership countries may apply for reimbursement of travel costs by the EaPConnect project.
About this year’s conference
EaPEC 2018 will be hosted by RENAM, the Research and Education Networking Association of Molodova, in Chisinau on 17-18 October 2018.
This two-day conference will include sessions on digital libraries, digital heritage and open access; e-infrastructures for open science, and EC-funded research. It will feature workshops on cybersecurity, clouds and infrastructure as a service (IaaS), and on services provided by national research and education networks (NRENs). Panel discussions, lightning talks, ‘Enlighten Your Research’ awards and presentations by prominent international speakers will also enliven the event.
