The event in Baku aims to highlight the role of the EaPConnect Project as a successful implementation of the Eastern Partnership Initiative in Azerbaijan. The EU-funded EaPConnect Project plays an important role in integrating science and education in Azerbaijan by connecting them together to European network of research and education communities.
A collaboration agreement between AzScienceNet and AzEduNet will be signed at the end of the event as a basis for connecting the universities to the pan-European research and education network (GÉANT) via AzScienceNet.
The event will increase the visibility of the Project and AzScienceNet. High representatives from the EU Delegation in Azerbaijan and relevant ministries are invited.
